The master distiller at Chapline Distillery, a top-shelf Texas nano-distillery, has set aside an upcoming barrel of their Critical Batch Single Barrel Texas Bourbon Whiskey for a USS Arleigh Burke special label release. Prior releases have celebrated the USS Texas and several US submarines.
When the bourbon is ready for order (expected Mid Jan) we will provide ordering information to Association members in current standing. If any bottles remain unsold, we will then notify everyone on the Association e-mail distribution.

Please do not contact either the Association or Chapline Distillery about ordering now – wait for the e-mail with ordering instructions. To improve chances of obtaining one of these limited-release bottles, ensure your Association membership is current.
If you pass through San Antonio, we recommend a visit to the Chapline Distillery tasting room to sample their top-shelf whiskeys and craft whiskey-based libations.
The Association does not receive any funds from these sales.

USS Arleigh Burke (DDG 51) was commissioned on July 4, 1991, with Admiral and Bobbie Burke in attendance. DDG51 participated in most major operations in the last 31 years, from the Adriatic and Red Sea to the Persian Gulf. At 31+ years young, DDG51 remains forward deployed, operationally relevant, and capable, with more years of service ahead.
