These scholarships are administered through the Anchor Scholarship Foundation, with applications typically opening in October for the following academic year.
ARLEIGH BURKE ASSOCIATION SCHOLARSHIP
- Annual scholarship awarded to an Anchor scholarship applicant who is the dependent (child or spouse) of a current or past USS ARLEIGH BURKE (DDG 51) Sailor (officer or enlisted)
- Planned award value in 2024 is $3000 (exclusive of management overhead)
- Applicant’s sponsor must be a current Arleigh Burke Association member.
- Recipient must meet all Anchor Scholarship application requirements
- Scholarship is funded in its entirety by the Arleigh Burke Association
